Salyx Healthcare Services LLC (“Salyx RCM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website https://salyxrcm.com/ (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site.

These Terms apply to website use only. They are not a client services agreement for medical billing, revenue cycle management, or other professional services. A client relationship starts only when you and Salyx RCM sign a separate written agreement.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Informational Content Only

Content on the Site (including text, blog posts, service descriptions, and resources) is for general information. It is not legal, medical, financial, coding, or compliance advice. You should not rely on Site content as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals who know your situation.

Results described on the Site, if any, are illustrative and may not reflect what another practice will experience. Past or example outcomes do not guarantee future results.

No Client Relationship Through the Site Alone

Submitting a contact form, Free Billing Audit request, or other inquiry does not create a client, contractor, or fiduciary relationship. We may respond to inquiries and discuss services, but engagement terms (scope, fees, responsibilities, and HIPAA Business Associate terms where applicable) are set only in a signed agreement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in a way that violates law or the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, related systems, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through forms
• Upload or transmit malware or other harmful code
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect Site content or visitor data without our prior written consent, except as allowed by ordinary search-engine indexing
• Use the Site to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Submit protected health information (PHI) through Site forms; use secure channels we designate after engagement instead

We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, branding, logos, and design are owned by Salyx Healthcare Services LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and temporarily download materials for personal, non-commercial use related to evaluating our services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except for limited fair use as allowed by law.

“Salyx RCM” and related marks are used to identify our brand. You may not use our name or marks in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership without permission.

Third-Party Links and Tools

The Site may include links to third-party sites (for example, social media) or third-party tools (for example, maps). We do not control those sites or tools and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
