Medical Billing Services in All 50 States
Salyx RCM supports practices in every U.S. state with a remote billing team. We work under HIPAA with a signed BAA, and inside your own practice management or billing software, so your staff keeps the system it already uses.
States We Serve
We bill for practices in all 50 states. Ten states have a dedicated page with state-specific payer details, linked below.
Don’t see a page for your state? We still bill there. Tell us about your practice.
How We Handle State-Specific Payer Rules
Billing rules change at the state line. We check them before we submit, not after a denial.
Medicare MAC jurisdictions
Medicare claims are processed by the Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) for your region, and DME claims go to a DME MAC. We route each claim to the right contractor and follow its local billing guidance.
State Medicaid programs
Every state runs its own Medicaid program, often with managed care plans that have their own claims addresses, prior authorization rules and appeal windows. We confirm the patient’s plan at eligibility and bill under that plan’s rules.
Commercial payers
Commercial and Medicare Advantage plans bill under your contracts, with their own timely-filing limits and appeal processes. We work from your contract terms and each payer’s published provider guidance.
Plan rules and manuals change, so we confirm current requirements before each submission.
Billing in All 50 States: Questions
Short answers to questions we hear from practices.
Do you work with practices in every U.S. state?
Yes. Salyx RCM supports practices in all 50 states, remotely. Payer rules differ from state to state, so we confirm the Medicare, Medicaid and commercial rules that apply to your state and your payers before we bill.
How do you handle differences between state Medicaid programs?
Each state runs its own Medicaid program, and many members are enrolled in managed care plans that set their own rules. We check the patient's current plan at eligibility, then follow the filing limits, prior authorization requirements and appeal windows in that program's published provider guidance.
Do we have to change our billing software?
No. We work inside your practice management or billing software with secure access, so your team keeps the system it already knows.
Is patient data protected, and do you sign a BAA?
Yes. We work under HIPAA and sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with each practice before we access patient information. Our team works remotely with secure access to your systems.
