Salyx Healthcare Services LLC (“Salyx RCM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website https://salyxrcm.com/ (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information from visitors to the Site.

This policy covers website visitors and people who contact us through Site forms. It does not govern patient health information that we process for client healthcare practices. That information is handled under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”), Business Associate Agreements with those practices, and our HIPAA Compliance Notice.

• Practice or organization name (for example, on the Free Billing Audit form)

This information is collected through WPForms on the Site, including contact and call-back forms and the Free Billing Audit form at /free-billing-audit/.

Salyx RCM maintains ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications and runs a HIPAA compliance program that includes employee training, policies, and internal audits. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention

We keep Site visitor information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to you, providing or preparing services, improving the Site, resolving disputes, and meeting legal, accounting, or security requirements. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete or de-identify it where reasonably practicable, unless a longer period is required by law.

Children

The Site is directed to healthcare providers and business visitors, not to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

These Site-related rights do not change a patient’s rights under HIPAA with their healthcare provider.
