In the event of major (Level 3 or 4) disasters, the BCP governance team may form a dedicated task force to manage operations. This team oversees the execution of the continuity plan, including transportation, employee safety, lodging, and other logistics.
The task force includes managers from Operations, HR, IT, Compliance, and Client Services to ensure coordinated and effective response.
At Salyx RCM, we maintain “cold sites” — backup locations that can be activated if our primary delivery centers become unavailable. These sites may be in different cities or countries to ensure business continuity.
If a cold site cannot be activated, employees transition to a secure work-from-home (WFH) model. We uphold strict quality, performance, and communication standards in both cold site and WFH setups to ensure our service benchmarks are never compromised.
Once local authorities approve, employees return safely to our primary facilities.
